send the e-mail use the last e-mail from info@lambdalinks.org
and choose "reply all." Edit the subject and include
the message you prepared. Alternatively, you can send the e-mail
to the Lambda Link officer who is coordinating that week. He/She
will use your e-mail address for responses. |
| What

| The
Lambda Links officer will check daily for e-mails sent to teetime@lambdalinks.org
and forward them to you. |

| Organize
the event |
| Acknowledge
golfers e-mails and answer any questions they may
have. |
| Make
up foursomes in advance. Schedule yourself in the final
foursome. |
| At
the course |
| Get
to the course early to meet with the starter. |
| Organize
golfers into their foursomes. |
| Other
tidbits of information |
| If
tee times slots remain unfilled be sure to cancel them
in advance according to course policy (usually 24 hours
in advance). |
| If
there is a waiting list contact golfers on the list as
slots open up. |
| Contact
the assigned Lambda Links officer if you have any questions.
